The Founders
Fredy built Estera after watching real estate agencies lose qualified leads every day to unanswered phones and slow WhatsApp responses. He leads product, go-to-market, and customer success, focused on one thing: making sure every business that uses Estera never misses a customer again. When a business discovers Estera and can't imagine going back, that's Fredy.
Rares leads all technical development at Estera, from voice AI infrastructure to WhatsApp automation pipelines. He built the systems that make every agent respond in under 5 seconds, every time, at any scale. He believes the best technology is the kind users never have to think about. When Estera picks up a voice call in real time or takes a WhatsApp conversation all the way to a booked appointment without anyone lifting a finger, that's Rares.
Alexandru contributes to Estera's strategic development through his experience in investment, advisory and business management. He is involved in strengthening relationships with enterprise partners and in building the contractual and operational structure needed to work with large organizations. He is Managing Partner at Ayion Capital, where he coordinates investment and advisory activities, with a focus on real estate and energy. His perspective supports the way Estera builds long-term strategic partnerships.
