Estera Appoints Alexandru Boghiu as Advisor

Estera today announced the appointment of Alexandru Boghiu as Advisor. Alexandru will support the company's strategic development and help strengthen its relationships with enterprise partners, including the contractual and operational structure needed to work with large organizations.

Alexandru is Managing Partner at Ayion Capital, where he coordinates investment and advisory activities, with a focus on real estate and energy. He brings extensive experience in investment, advisory and business management, which will support how Estera builds long-term strategic partnerships.

In his new role, Alexandru will work closely with Estera's founders, bringing an investor's perspective to the company's long-term decisions as Estera continues to develop Estera Voice and Estera Concierge.
